Fingerpaint

Hello,

Just popping in to share an easy Finger paint recipe.  I can across this on the Internet while searching for some activities to do with Ethan.  If you don't have paint in the house this is a quick way to make some.

3T sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 cups cold water
food coloring
liquid dishwashing detergent
med saucepan
small cups
spoon

Mix sugar and cornstarch over low heat.  Add cold water stir until mixture is thick, remove from heat.  Divide into five portions.  Add food coloring and one drop dishwashing detergent.  Let cool about 20 minutes.

Such a nice day we painted outside!

Had to add a picture of my little cutie pie! :)

Quick little card using PTI's Love Birds and Ellie's Tale by Sassafras.

Thanks for stopping by,
Hollie!

Oh, my gracious! Where to begin?! LOVE the way you've created such gorgeous, birdie, patterned paper on your card base, and your color combo is absolutely scrumptious!

Your little ones are darling! Great photos!

And thanks so much for the recipe! My big kiddo HATES to get messy. He won't fingerpaint for anything. I know... He's crazy! But my little kiddo dives in head-first! Such different personalities they are!
