wow, LOVE this one!! (doesn't hurt that its green! ;) anyway, hadn't been on your blog in a while, and am always amazed by your creativity! It is inspiring to hear of your workout plans... I will have to look up that book.... I REALLY need to do something, it just hasn't come off after Felicity at all :( anyway, - encouraging to hear about... keep up the good work! hugs
