Papertrey ink Birthday Card: Challenge #5

Hello all,

Stopping in to share my Happy Birthday card for Papertrey Ink!  Today's inspiration for my card was my favorite things from Papertrey Ink; Doily dies, Mini Bloom Stamp Set and my all time favorite color is Aqua Blue!  Not the best picture, geez :) 

Here is a picture of me and the card in my craft room.  Can you see the blue on the wall?  Its pretty darn close to Aqua Mist!  :)

Papertrey Ink: Free Image

Hello,

Just popping in to share my card using a FREE image from Papertrey Ink.  I love these free images every year!  Today I chose Betsy Veldman's image,  I was really drawn to her colors and also that fancy lettering! I kept it pretty simple, I stamped Chevron Stripes in Aqua Mist and then added the enamel dots from My Mind's Eye.

Look at all these free images! Super cute and I plan to use them all!

Papertrey Anniversary: Color and Sketch Challenge

Hello all,

I always get very excited when February comes along and the Papertrey Festivities start. This time of month I literally get a cup of coffee in the morning and check out Nichole's Blog first thing. But  with the Anniversary comes challenges, I LOVE the challenges so much, my husband even knows not to schedule anything, because I have PLANS!

Anyway here we go with the first challenge,

Papertrey Ink January Blog Hop

December 2013 Papertrey Ink Blog Hop

I love putting together pretty packages!  Next to making cards it is my favorite thing to do.

Today, I am sharing some bags I put together for Christmas gifts.

I took a paper lunch bag, cut the end off, folded the bottom over, then did a little sewing and bam a new look!  It was perfect for fitting five cards and five envelopes in.

Happy Birthday with Sassafras

I have seriously been needing to go through my paper scraps.  My storage bin is overflowing right now.  As I was digging through it the other day I came across some Ellie's Tale paper by Sassafras.  Such a cute set, that I have been sitting on way to long.  I added some ribbon from a Studio Calico kit  (Mays Art) and BAM! I was done!

Blow it out!

I love getting the Studio Calico Card Kit in the mail!  Every month I am pretty excited about the stamp set, but this month I was crazy for the sentiments and the images.
